Our process begins at project study. We review every document — from initial soil reports to issued-for-construction drawings — and read them collectively, understanding how each detail informs the others.

Where conflicts or contradictions exist within the documentation, we identify and resolve them before construction begins rather than discovering them on site. We then coordinate all architectural and structural drawings and produce our own detailed shop drawings.
