Line 16 was a full production-line facility for Flex P Films Egypt, one of the country's leading packaging-film manufacturers, delivered by Smart Construction Group in joint venture with Target Construction under consultant MEG. The scope ran the full width of an industrial build: concrete works, machine foundations, precision machine plates, steel work for machine rails, grouting, industrial flooring, roads, laboratory finishes, aluminium and metal works, and office finishes.
Packaging-film lines are unforgiving. The equipment demands foundations engineered for its static and dynamic loads, machine plates set to installation tolerances, and rails aligned so the line runs true from day one. SCG surveyed and set out every embedded plate, anchor and utility connection before concrete was placed, so machinery installation proceeded without the costly rework that follows poor coordination. It remains one of our clearest demonstrations of machine-foundation and industrial-flooring capability.
