Smart Construction Group delivered this logistics warehouse for Flex P Films Egypt end to end, in joint venture with Target Construction under consultant MEG. The turnkey scope covered civil works, MEP installation, finishes, infrastructure and landscape, with a single team accountable from groundworks through to handover.
Turnkey delivery is where integration pays. Rather than coordinating between separate civil, MEP and finishing contractors, the client dealt with one programme and one point of responsibility — clashes were resolved in design rather than on site, builder's work was identified before concrete was poured, and the sequence from infrastructure to external works ran without the interface disputes that stall multi-contractor projects. For logistics facilities, where floor performance and circulation determine day-to-day throughput, that control directly shapes how well the building works in service.
