Smart Construction Group delivered the complete finishing package for SODIC's West Town Medical Hub, a commercial and medical development built to developer-grade standards. Working under consultant AMG and alongside main contractor PSC, our teams handled the finishing scope across a mixed-use environment where commercial tenancy expectations and clinical requirements meet in the same building.

Medical and commercial fit-out leaves nowhere to hide: surfaces are inspected at close range, tolerances are visible in every junction, and handover standards are set by tenants who move in immediately. SCG coordinated finishing sequences around the wider construction programme so that quality was achieved without holding up the main works — the discipline that makes us a repeat partner for developers building in Egypt's commercial sector.
