Admin Building Roof Renovation

Smart Construction Group carried out the sandwich-panel roof renovation on SC Johnson Wax's administration building, delivered under consultant EGEC while the building remained in use.

Roof replacement over an occupied building is a weather-tight sequencing problem before it is a construction one. Each area must be stripped, insulated and re-clad within a controlled window, with the interior protected throughout and safe access maintained for the people working below. SCG planned the renovation so the administration building stayed operational for the duration, upgrading the insulated envelope without disrupting the business inside — the same operational-continuity approach we apply across our renovation and industrial upgrade work for multinational clients in Egypt.
