Smart Construction Group delivered the electrical infrastructure renovation for GSK's administration building, working directly with the GSK engineering team on a pharmaceutical campus.

Electrical renovation in an occupied building on a regulated site carries constraints beyond the installation itself: isolation has to be planned around occupants, permits and site safety procedures govern every activity, and the works cannot compromise the wider campus supply. SCG worked to the client's own engineering standards and site protocols, upgrading the building's electrical infrastructure while the facility remained in use.
